A Simple Breakfast

  • Homemade yogurt – local raw milk
  • Peach Sauce – local, not organic
  • Walnuts – not local, organic
  • Ground Flax Seed -not local, organic

A mixture again. Local, not local. Organic, not organic.

A very healthy breakfast. A very quick breakfast. This could be quickly made into a smoothie and taken in the car if you needed too.

  2. Yum! I am so craving peaches now! Thankfully I put some in the freezer last autumn. I think I’ll have to toss a few in my oatmeal in the morning!
