Local Meat

I just picked up some more local meat.

Local Pork

This pork is from a local ranch called Bandera Grassland in Tarpley, Texas. Free-range pork from feral hogs.

In a few weeks I will be picking up 1/8 side of beef and some stock bones.

I bought my first order of pork and beef from Bandera Grassland back in May 2011. All the meat was wonderful and very tender. So I am thrilled to stock our freezer with more meat. I am also thrilled to keep our money in the community supporting local food.
