A few weeks ago I was asked by the writers over at Not Dabbling in Normal (NDIN) if I was interested in joining them and writing once or twice a month. Heck Ya! I am honored.
We introduced REAL Holidays on November 6th. To borrow a line from Xan over at NDIN… “We’ll be sharing our homemade treats, meals, rituals and celebrations and hope that you’ll celebrate the central point of all these traditions–honoring family and the earth.”
I can remember when I was a little girl and making gifts. I am sure there was a macaroni necklace in there somewhere, but I have progressed a bit from that. Even though I am not beading full-time anymore, I still find time for some beading and other creative and crafty things like sewing, making card, crafting, knitting; some of which I will share during REAL Holiday here and over at NDIN as I make my holiday gifts. I always seem to have a long list of things to do or try. I look forward to sharing some of those things with you as I learn along the way. The holidays will be here before we know it.
I am very excited be a part of the group at Not Dabbling in Normal. I will be posting there every other Saturday. Pop on over when you get a chance and see what we are up to, but don’t fret, nothing will change here at Sincerely,Emily. I will still be regularly posting here like normal (or not so normal)
