Last week was April meeting for the Culinary SIG (special interest group.) The focus that evening was oregano. Everyone brought wonderful dishes cooked around using oregano.
It was a lot of fun and a lot of great food. No one knows what the other people are bringing, it is always a surprise. Once again, each dish was unique and there were no repeats (that always amazes me!)
There was a lot of food. There always is. Before we eat, each person talks about what they made and the ingredients. We all what to know what it is and how they made it before we dig in.
