Southern S.O.L.E. Food Challenge

This past winter I was involved in the Dark Days of Winter Challenge over at Not Dabbling in Normal. The group I was closely involved with was the South Region, made up of participants from MD, VA, NC, SC, GA and TX (me!) The South Region was a very active group and once the DDC ended we all decided to continue on searching out more local food options and posting about them once a week or as often as we can.

We will kick-off the start of  our Southern S.O.L.E. Challenge (SSFC) on June 1st and it will run through the end of October. Stop back every Monday to see what I am up to and use the sidebar to link to the other participants to see what they are cooking and finding local in their area.
