I love pink in the garden, and I’m getting a kick out of the pink countertops, but right now we have a hideous pink backsplash in our kitchen and I can’t stand it! It was in the house when we bought it. One of these days we’ll renovate the kitchen…
Hi Angela – that is neat to hear you have a pink back slash (even though you don’t like it) Pink in the garden is a great color. I don’t seem to have many pinks out there though.
Pink! Emily, I have nominated you for the Sunshine Blogger’s Award! Thank you so much for bringing sunshine into my life – and today’s post reminds me of sunrise (or sunset) at the beach!
I am not sure I could handle pink counter tops, but they are kinda neat. Not many people would have them, that is for sure.
I think they were from the 60’s or early 70’s. Chances are no one else in the town has the same color. I wonder how many had that color back then?

How exciting Liz! Thanks ! I will definitely pass it on (within a month!) along with two other awards I received over 2 months ago! (that’s terrible!)
