Yesterday I posted about some free wood scraps (cut offs) that I got from a neighbor. Today I wanted to show you the benches that I made using similar scraps of wood.

Wow!wow!wow! That is fantastic! I love take piles of “junk” and turning them into something useful or beautiful? You simply rock Emily!
Thanks Sandy! I really love these benches and I love being able to use up bits and pieces of lumber cut offs to make them. It is fun!
Very nice.
Thanks and thanks for stopping by!
Thanks. And thanks for stopping by.
You’re welcome. Thank you for popping in to my blog too!
We have so much spare wood we could recycle, and slowly but surely we are getting there.
Sounds like you have a nice stash. Mine will sit there a while also, before I get to it. It is just nice to know it is there and I don’t have to buy a lot to do another bench.
Free is best! You are lucky and I like your plant bench! I get free compost and mulch. Nancy
It certainly is hard to pass up on free stuff. Especially wood of any sort. Ooohhh you are lucky lucky to get free mulch and compost. Your garden will love and thank you.
I love that!! š I also do lots of woodwork.
Thanks Elisabeth. What types of things do you do with wood?
