I don’t have any German chamomile growing. I have shied away from the tea as have allergys and wondered if it would effect that? Allergic to weeds and trees and dust. Are you allergic to anything? Nancy

    • Hi Nancy – yes, I have had allergy tests and have been allergic to a lot of things (molds, dust, grasses, lots of trees, dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, etc, etc, etc) I know as the years go by my allergies have shifted away from some of those things to other things, but I still have allergies. I, personally, have never shied away from eating or different things (especially wild edibles or “weeds” because of it. German chamomile is an herb (and also a pretty flower in the garden.) There are a lot of wild herbs/edibles that have been labeled as weeds – dandelion is one of them. I definitely don’t shy away from them because they are “weeds!”
